Tahoe Joy Festival:

The Tahoe Joy Festival is a free family-friendly event showcasing regional bands, youth performers, local artists, makers, and non-profit organizations as well as food trucks and local breweries with wine selections.

The Tahoe Joy Festival will be the culmination of the Tahoe City Summer Solstice Festival and kick off a summer of music at Commons Beach.

Waterfront Wednesdays

& Tahoe City Lakeside Movie Series

Start your summer Wednesdays with the best in family friendly summer fun at Commons Beach, in Tahoe City, CA. Every Wednesday from late June - Mid August, Wednesdays light up with fun from noon till 11pm weekly.

Waterfront Wednesday starts at Noon weekly (skipping July 4th week), with vendors, shaved ice, artisans, and non-profits sharing their knowledle, skills, arts and crafts and/or just plain having fun with you!

As the sunny part of the day begins to fade, the atmosphere changes to warm clothes, blankets, and low-back chairs for the Tahoe City Lakeside Movie Series to start! This has been a Tahoe City staple for 20+ years, so don’t forget to mark your calendars every summer so you can enjoy a beautiful night under the stars!
